    Dear forum members, 

    I am thinking about purchasing my first house. As such, I have little-to-no understanding of the property finance world. I was wondering if anyone could guide me to the proper resource or share their insights with me as to how the process generally works and how my monthly payment will be calculated. Also, I hear that various banks have different interest rates. Which banks are the best ones to sign a loan? Kinda worried that my loan application may get rejected. Any help at all is much appreciated.
