Bangsar is a vibrant region which provides the unique fusion of the old and modern living. Given the land scarcity for new launches in Bangsar, most developers are focusing on developing projects at Bangsar South. This area is popular among expats, young and old, due to its active community-centric neighbourhood. On top of that, safety is not a serious issue in the area because there are community policing and a tightened security system. In terms of demographics, the neighbourhood is a diverse mix of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and expats. However, residential developments in the area reside on the higher-end of the spectrum due to its strategic location.
