    Wow this seems like a fancy project as well. Has anyone gone and tour the sales gallery? Or by the looks of it maybe the site itself?

    This property seems fancy though honestly. But then again, it’s a Mah Sing project so we can get expect great things from the project. (Speaking from experience because I purchased a property in KL by this developer). Following this thread.

    That is one of my biggest concerns. I don’t want to incur additional cost to keep the house attractive when the students leave. However, that being said, it’s unfair to generalize all students and there’s also that part of me that feels guilty for not trying to help those students find a good place for them to study and earn their degrees.
