    I’m kinda confused about this project. It’s a mix of PRIMA project and like the usual serviced residence right? Good location though because it’s close to the MRT. But the place is pretty jammed though

    I think it’s the trend now like one tower is RUMAWIP and the other one is the normal freehold/leasehold tower. Usually the facilities and amenities are separated.
